1. Introduction

Knowledge Management helps to teach employees of the university to capture and maintain their Research Publication, Papers & Patents in one place.

3. Research Publications

  • Teaching employees can manage their research published in this section.

3.1. Add Research publication

Employees can either import their research in bulk by clicking on the "bulk import" button or can add their research individually by clicking on the "Add Research Publication" button present on the top right side of the portal and fill in the required details:

  1. Type(select from the dropdown)
  2. Title
  3. ISBN Number
  4. Refereed(Yes/No)
  5. Authorship(select from the dropdown)
  6. Publisher
  7. Year(Select from the calendar)
  8. Level(select from the dropdown)
  9. Audience(select from the dropdown)
  10. Upload
  11. Plagiarism(Enter percentage of plagiarism)


3.2. View

Employee/Admin can view the details by clicking on icon available in front of every entry.

3.3. Edit

Employees can update/edit the details by clicking on icon.

 


4. My Research Papers

  • Teaching employees can manage his/her research papers in this section.

4.1. Add Research Papers

Only Teaching Employee can either import their research in bulk by clicking on "bulk import" button or can add its research individually by clicking on the "Add Research Paper" button present on the top right side of the portal and fill in the required details:-

  1. Level(Select from the drop-down)
  2. Discipline(Select from the drop-down)
  3. Publication type(Peer Reviewed/UGC Listed)
  4. Title
  5. Journal Number
  6. ISSN Number
  7. Refereed(Yes/No)
  8. Authorship(select from the dropdown)
  9. Year(Select from the calendar)
  10. Impact factor
  11. Page number
  12. Volume Number
  13. Name of First Author
  14. Name of Co-Authors
  15. Name of Corresponding Authors
  16. Abstract
  17. DOI(Digital Object Identifier)
  18. Audience(select from the dropdown)
  19. SCOPUS index(Yes/No)
  20. Plagiarism(Enter percentage of plagiarism)
  21. Upload





4.2. View

Employee/Admin can view the details by clicking on icon available in front of every entry.

4.3. Edit

Employees can update/edit the details by clicking on icon.


5. Patent

  • Teaching employees can manage his/her patents in this section.

 

5.1. Add New Patents

Only Employee can add their patents by clicking on the "Add new Patents" button present on the top right side of the portal and fill in the required details:-

  1. Title
  2. Output
  3. Type(Select from the drop-down)
  4. Audience
  5. Upload
  6. Agency
  7. Stage(Select from the drop-down)




5.2. View

Employee/Admin can view the details by clicking on icon available in front of every entry.

5.3. Edit

Employees can update/edit the details by clicking on icon.
