1.Register and Login
Applicants first have to register on the University Portal with unique email id.
A verification link will be sent to the email id provided by the applicant.
The applicant can click on the provided link and verify the registration.
The applicant can now login to the University Portal using the registered email id and password.
After Login, Dashboard Screen opens up which has options to apply for chosen programme.
Click on "Apply Now" button.
Select Programme Name and then click on Submit.
After submitting, select programme and course form the list.
3. Personal Details
After selecting Programme and Course from the list, you are required to enter Personal Details, Academic Details, entrance details and upload supporting documents.
Email id and mobile number are the same as provided in the registration screen and are non-editable.
3.1. Family Details
Candidate is required to fill in the family details such as parent's name, occupation and income.
3.2. Additional Information
Provide combined family income, previous experience and supernumerary Categories information.
3.3. Address Details
Provide address for correspondence and permanent address.
Click on Save & Next.
After saving details, it will display preview with the option to edit details and option to toggle between previous and next section.Once all the edits have been made, click on next.
4. Academic Details Section
4.1. Qualifying Exam Details
In this section, candidate has to enter details of class tenth and twelfth.
4.2. Graduation and Post Graduation Details (If applicable)
In this section, candidate has to enter graduation and post graduation details if the admission to a particular programme demands it.
4.3. M.Phil. / Other Post Graduation Details (If applicable)
In this section, candidate has to enter post graduation and M.Phil details if the admission to a particular programme demands it.
4.4. Language Proficiency Details
Candidate has to enter their proficiency in chosen language.
4.5. Additional Details
All the additional details are submitted in this section as required for admission in a particular programme. For example- Statement of Purpose.
Click Save & Next. It will display preview of details. Click on Edit if any update is required.
5. Entrance Details (If applicable)
Input Qualification in NET/SLET or any similar test if applicable as per Norms. Enter details of publications, professional /career/creative accomplishment if any.
Enter Work experience if any.
Upload a passport size photo and signature. The uploads are mandatory.
After selecting the file, click on Start Upload. Click on Next after uploading all documents.
If the user clicks on Save & Continue Later button on any section, they will be then redirected to the home page. The dashboard will show pending actions.
Click on Modify this application to provide pending details and then re-submit.
After completing all the details, the Preview of application is available before paying the fee.
After verifying all details click on the "I agree" checkbox to do the final submission and then click on Go for Payment. You will then be taken to another window which has the payment option.
NOTE: No Changes/Modification will be allowed once the payment is made
7. Payment option
Online Payment Gateway ( University Affiliated PG )
If the applicant clicks on Home (Pay Later), Dashboard Screen opens with pending action.
Application Status will update accordingly in Application Status Window.
Through the Application Window Applicant can download their Admit Card and on selection to the Admission List will be able to pay the Admission Fee.
